Purmatic manufacture foam injection polyurethane machines of High and Low pressure. Our knowledge and our experience allow to advise us in the election of which type of machine needs, according to the requirements of the final application.
Low pressure machines allow to recycle and mixing POL and ISO components in low pressure (between 2 and 7 bar). The mixing are produced with a mechanic agitator that driven at 6000 rpm.
High pressure machines works between 100 and 200 bar; which allows the mixture of the components in the mixing head. These ones, has injectors to atomize these components to guarantees and excellent mixture.
Special equipments of low pressure are manufactured to give solutions to numerous applications of polyurethane like blinds, bicomponent adhesive, elastomers and premixture process.
With our machines you can make a wide range of pieces in the diverse sectors and with varied manufacture processing. Sectors as flexible foams, rigid foams, integral skin foam, elastomers, heat insulation, bicomponent polyurethane adhesives and other types of foam.
